after a month and half, I finally had the chance to bring my dear d80 (that I recently bought)outside and test the lenses. I brought the 35mm F1.8 with me today, thought it'd take both portrait and landscape well. sadly, the colors did not turn out well, partly due to the poor weather, partly because I havnt exactly figure out how to "use" a dslr, and partly i think, is that the camera and lenses aren't that good to begin with. the 50mm f.14 AIS worked a lot better for the same price range, but manual focus is a bit time consuming.
